Authorized returns go to 129 Chemin De La Taillat, 38690 Torchefelon, France. For a change of mind, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging; you pay return shipping to France. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping and arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund with you. The ordinary unused and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for damage, defects or an incorrect item. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Please use a tracked return service and retain your receipt.
